OUR VALUES

1. The Supernatural.

Holy Spirit is welcome. All His ways are welcome. Dreams, visions, prophecy, correction, direction – all of it. Signs, miracles, and wonders are expected and embraced even if they don’t “fit in our box”. And we TEACH EVERYONE how to operate naturally supernatural – in ministry & in their everyday life.

2. Strong Foundation.

We are grounded in the Word. We believe the Bible is the final authority for all areas of our lives. Teaching, preaching, and practical instruction are given so that the supernatural can be sustained. The importance of studying the word of God, unity, honor, spiritual authority, service, servant leadership, tithing, support and love of Israel, Love, mercy, grace, community, missions, worship, true spiritual wealth: nothing missing, nothing broken! We believe in these Biblical principles as our foundation.

3. Community.

We live life together. We create an environment where people can feel they belong. Our children, students, singles, married, millennials, mid-life, senior adults and every other “life group” ENJOY being TOGETHER. We have FUN TOGETHER! We make memories and build a future TOGETHER. We welcome strangers to find their place in our community until they are no longer strangers – they are family. We make a difference on the earth – TOGETHER! We attract people with our atmosphere of true community. It feels good at our house. We are ONE TRIBE!

4. Unity.

Even when our perspectives and ideas are different we still live in unity. Everyone is rowing the boat to one destination. One vision and one heart is what glues us together.  We grieve together. We celebrate together. We work together. We protect the house together. We protect our leadership and one another. Peace & unity are worth fighting for. We -together- cast out & remove any divisive spirits because unity is where the blessing of the Lord is commanded to be. (Ps. 133:1-3) We believe in unity.

5. People.

Everyone has worth. Everyone has a destiny. Everyone deserves to have the person of Jesus Christ presented to them in a clear, beautiful, grace filled way. Everyone has a choice to follow Him or not. And we do everything we can to teach truth & model lives that cause people to be attracted to a Savior, not religious tradition.

We invest in people. We want them to see their Kingdom purpose & dreams come to life! We want them to know there is a clear path to get there.
We invest in MINISTERS & their families & their churches. We give opportunities for community to be built between ministers. We offer times of practical teaching for those just starting out in ministry. And we offer a safe place of friendship for those brand new or years into ministry. We are not in competition with people – we desire to build Kingdom relationships with people!

6. Worship.

We make room for God. He feels honored and welcome. We are not building a traditional “worship experience” – we are hosting His presence. We are creating a place for His Kingdom to invade. We worship through music, singing, dancing, painting, all of the arts, creativity & being obedient to His instructions. Our dreams are His dreams for us! So our worship reflects our honor for Him. We do nothing, we say nothing, we sing nothing that does not bring glory to Him. We put aside our history & ask “What do YOU want our worship to look like, Lord? What sound & fragrance are You releasing in this season?” We live to worship Him.

7. Honor and Excellence.

This is our DNA. We operate with honor and excellence. We honor the Lord. We honor one another. We honor our pastor and spiritual authority. We keep a clean house spiritually and naturally. We always do our best and give our best. “Good enough” is not a part of our vocabulary. We treat our guests with honor. We treat God’s house with honor. We cultivate an environment of honor & excellence in every area of our church AND our personal lives.

8. Vision.

We dream together. We fully support the vision of the house given by our Pastor. We work together to see it happen. Our Pastor & leadership speak often of our vision (Proverbs 29:18; Habakkuk 2:2). The vision is kept in front of us. We vow to make a Kingdom impact on the world. We support missions. We love the nations. We are not religious – we are Kingdom minded. We celebrate every victory! We financially support the house so that the vision can have feet. We take the vision personally! We know this house teaches us to vision for our family & personal lives. We don’t live discouraged – we trust God’s timing. We know the vision cannot happen if we are not personally doing our part. We LOVE this house!
