From the remnants of what once was a beautiful church facility in its glory...Portland Metro Church has emerged with historical roots in this diverse community.  Our facility has a story to tell...our people do as well!  We are experiening remarkable growth out of the ruins, as we have loved hurting people to Jesus, and have been in the business of rebuilding broken and discouraged hearts!  Our Church Family is made up of a group of loving people who have been healed, restored and blessed, and now have a powerful message to tell...Jesus loves you and will work in your life!  Take a look around our website, kick the tires, smell the coffee...then join us this Sunday as we talk about Jesus and all that He can do!

Pastor Jon Hagebusch and his wife Dot lead the ministry here at Portland Metro Assembly.  The first thing you will notice about Pastor Jon is his kind heart, his encouraging spirit, and his contageous love for people.  Pastor Jon is a graduate of Northwest University in Kirkland, WA, and has spent a number of years in ministry in Washington State as a part of the Northwest Mnistry Network.  Both Pastor Jon and Dot are native Oregonians and have spent many years in the Portland area.  The have a grown son and daughter who are both married and serve in full time ministry.  And, lest we forget, they also have some young grandchildren which they are very proud of. 

You'll be blessed and will appreciate Pastor Jon's heart of love, his down-to-earth style of sharing the Word of God, and his love of music which adds to every service.  Pastor and Dot welcome you to join them in worship this week as they share the love of Jesus in Northeast Portland.
